Fast forward to 2019, where I found myself carving down the powdery slopes of Japan on my snowboard. An opportunity for a daring jump presented itself, and my adrenaline-fueled self couldn't resist.

Little did I know, I'd end up crashing to my knees, feeling a searing pain in my left joint. This pain persisted long after I returned to sunny Los Angeles, making it impossible for me to do something as simple as running.

But I'm not one to back down from adversity. My determination led me to discover a solution that would change the game for knee pain sufferers – heel-elevated split squats. By incorporating this technique into my routine twice a week, I gradually built strength in my knee. In just a couple of months, I ran freely again, with a newfound appreciation for the power of elevating the heel.

Witnessing the incredible transformation in both myself and my clients, I became determined to share this discovery with the world. I knew that the answer was an affordable product capable of elevating the entire foot, not just the heel. And so, the idea for SquatWedgiez was born.
