Most people carrying keys find it uncomfortable in their pockets. They scratch phone screens and wear holes. At Jibbon we’ve found design solutions by prototyping in our Sydney based workshop. We focus on providing high quality, reliable and timeless designs. Our new key organiser doesn’t require tools, protects your belongings and is backed by our 3-year warranty. We are thankful for our customers' support and feedback who have helped make Jibbon a success. At Jibbon we stand behind everything we make. Our aim to create long-lasting relationships with our customers by offering them the most reliable products. This is why we offer a 3-year warranty on all our products beginning at the time of purchase (the “Warranty Period”). We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials during the Warranty Period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, neglect, modifications or unreasonable use. If you would like to make a warranty claim, please contact the team within 30 days of the appearance of a defect at hello@jibbonkey.com. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. Once we have processed a successful claim, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund on the initial purchase. |
